How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
There is a system of mentorship and support within the company. Feedback is always available. However, we are often at client site and this is dependent on the client.

People is really approachable so it's easy to find a person with more expertise and that you can have a good relationship with to ask for help and mentoring. Internal communications are very open and everyone is listen even if you just join the company.

The flat structure / lack of hierarchy is generally good, but it also means that there aren't as many formal channels or procedures for raising issues.

Everyone at the company is accessible and we have mentors we can speak to if in trouble. Internal communication is going through some growing pains, as the company grows exponentially many key requests get lost.
Midlevel, London
Everyone is easily accessible. There is a very supportive network built into the company structure.

We don't really have managers - in the traditional sense. We mentor each other and the culture is very collaborative. It's a trade-off - having an open culture with few hierarchy layers it's difficult to know who to turn to for advice, particularly with a challenging client. You can feel on your own.

The mentor groups are amazing and the CEO is very approachable.

Managers are accessible but don't expect them to check on you. They will be there if you need them and they will be more than happy to help you anytime.
